Ns70l Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the rules, rights, and responsibilities applicable to all users of the ns70l platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the ns70l platform via https://ns70l.net or our official mobile app, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are not permitted to use the ns70l platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and ns70l ("Platform", "We"). Your continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms will be deemed acceptance of the revised Terms.
The ns70l platform operates exclusively for users in Malaysia who are 18 years of age or older. By registering, you confirm that you have reached the required age and are legally eligible to use this service.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the ns70l platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. ns70l reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including copies of valid identification documents, before processing any withdrawal.
You are solely responsible for:
- The confidentiality of your account password and login credentials.
- All activity that takes place under your account.
- Notify ns70l immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
Ns70l shall not be liable for any loss arising from the use of your account by an unauthorised third party, whether with or without your knowledge, if you have failed to comply with your security obligations as set out herein.
3. Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the ns70l platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include local digital wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost) and approved Malaysian online banking services.
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts, as well as withdrawal limits, are subject to the current terms displayed in the Deposit/Withdrawal section of your account dashboard. ns70l reserves the right to amend these limits at any time with reasonable notice.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or digital wallet registered in the same name as the ns70l account profile. Withdrawal requests to third-party accounts will not be approved. Processing times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside ns70l's control, including third-party financial institution procedures.
Ns70l reserves the right to withhold or cancel any transaction suspected of involving fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of the platform's terms of use. In such cases, ns70l reserves the right to report the matter to the relevant authorities.
4. Platform Usage Rules & Account Policies
Users of the ns70l platform agree not to:
- Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated method to access or interact with the platform.
- Attempting to hack, breach, or interfere with the platform's security systems or operations.
- Sharing your account or allowing another person to use it.
- Using the platform for any purpose that is unlawful under Malaysian law.
- Taking any action that could compromise the integrity of games or the experience of other users.
Account Suspension & Closure: ns70l reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account without prior notice in the event of a terms violation, suspected fraudulent activity, or at the user's own request. Any valid balance in an account terminated for non-violation reasons will be returned to the user, subject to a full identity review and verification.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the ns70l support team by email. Account closure requests will be processed within seven (7) business days.
5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
The ns70l platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ns70l makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's continuous availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. ns70l shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including losses resulting from service disruptions, technical errors, or data loss.
Intellectual Property
All content on the ns70l platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and code — is the exclusive property of ns70l or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any platform content without prior written consent from ns70l.
Third-Party Links
The ns70l platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services. ns70l is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites or services. Accessing third-party links is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Ns70l reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated to users via a notice on the platform or by email to the address registered with your account. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or contrary to law, that provision shall be reinterpreted to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, while all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
